Bundle Preparation

We offer a fast, cost-effective, professional service.

We will return your completed e-bundle within 7 working days, all for an average cost of £45 per Bundle.

  • PDF format

  • OCR (optical character recognition) for anything that was not created directly as an electronic text document

  • Under 300 dpi (for smooth scrolling/rendering)

  • Fully indexed (with bookmarks/hyperlinks to all documents and bundle sections)

  • Can include video and audio files as part of the pdf if you require this

We charge £45 for the first hour's work, then £20 per hour for each additional hour.

(Most small-medium sized Bundles take under an hour to prepare. If we anticipate it will cost more than £45 we will send you an estimate before completion.)

How does it work?

Our aim is to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible....

Step 1: Set up an account

We'll set up a drop-box folder for you to upload your documents.


Step 2: Send us your docs

Fill in our easy to use online form for key details about the Bundle, and upload necessary documents to your dropbox folder.



Step 3: We'll send your completed Bundle

We will compress it to make it as small a document as possible. We will send you an invoice (payable within 30 days) when we send your completed Bundle).

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Please ensure that...

  1. All documents are named as you would like them to appear in the bundle

  2. All documents are in either ms-word or (apple) pages format

  3. If the matter is urgent and requires a faster turn-around than 7 working days, please contact us first to check availability

  4. You specify if you would like to us to prepare a file front sheet for you, or if you have included one in your document upload

  5. You specify if you would like us to prepare an index for you or if you have included one in your document upload

  6. Please do not paginate the bottom of any documents as this can confuse our system
